Millport, Isle of Cumbrae
Scotland, United Kingdom
Firth View Caravan Park is owned and operated by Stuart and Jane Parry-Mellor.
Stuart and Jane, along with daughter Lydia, moved to Cumbrae in November 2003. Jane was five months pregnant at the time and subsequently baby Cole was born in May 2004.
Previously based in North Wales, Jane was manager of a building society and Stuart a foreman for a stone masonry company when they made the life-changing decision to move to Cumbrae!
Having realised the dream of owning their own business, they both now agree the reality is even better than the dream!
Stuart and Jane have owned Westbourne House Bed and Breakfast and Caravan Park for the past 14 years. They are hugely excited by the development of the new static caravan park: the first phase of 20 pitches was completed in July 2016; the second phase was completed in March 2018. As of February 2019, only six of the 40 plots remain.
The park is open 10 months of the year from 1st March till 6th January.
You cannot bring your own static caravan to the site. We do not hire caravans (as they are all owner-occupied) and we have no camping or touring facilities.
